    My philosephy is play hard - train hard / rinse - repeat So Sunday mornings up playing touch footy for 2 hours social comp - sweat out the sauce At the gym Mon - Fri.....plus ref twice and play comp Monday....Sat is my "Drinx day" Bozo but there's gotta be balance and the booze tastes better...
