    Mate a question for you Why is there such a lack of talent when it comes to future NRL coaches? There are only a limited amount of jobs but there appears to be a lack of talented assistants etc coming through. Is it the nature of the assistant role?

It hit me that because of the nature of the bulldogs with their leagues club (like the panthers) means that he is more focused on the roster rather than the commercial side of things I think our challenge is the focus the leadership team needs to have on the commercial side...
