    There's certainly a lot more votes to count after a win. I've been pretty strict with how I count the votes and think it gets too messy counting multiple or split votes.     That and Seibold is coming into his second year. I would suggest most coaches would take min 3 yrs to assemble the staff / roster they want. I’m not sold on Seibold but we need to judge him on on the results produced by a staff and roster he assembled not one he inherited.
