I agree - we went a little bit down the path of recruiting the best talent ( from Western Sydney ) and we ended up with quite a lot of good players in our juniors. The club has made more than it's fair share of stuff ups... but losing this lot wasn't one of them given how much money they wanted. I've still not seen what the fuss is all about with them anyway. I'm 50 years old.and this is just about the worst Manly side I can remember. The early 2000s was low but they had hardly any good players....this team has good players but has been basically underperformed for more than 10 years. True it did... I will accept that. We would have stumbled through and won if they stayed on the field. But that Knights team are awful, they had a stack of injuries and dropped more.ball then they will all year and were totally down on confidence. Yet we collapsed. We are just not good- The Indian

He who shall remain nameless and his miracle trick kick on the 3rd tackle at 16 nil when the Knights were there for thr taking is typical of him.
