    For any posters in this forum that have an ear to the Manly support staff involved in either rehab or training, the simplest and most elegant solution for Tom is the "glute/ham raise" exercise. This is not easy, but once mastered is considered to be able to "bullet proof your hamstrings".

    TT needs to "bulletproof his hamstrings" by incorporating the Glute/Ham raise into his strengthening program. Does anyone posting in these forums have an ear to any of his trainers?

    Hi. If any posters have an ear to Turbo's physios/trainers, it could be worthwhile asking whether they use the Glute-Ham Raise as a strengthening exercise. This exercise is supposed to "bullet-proof" the hamstrings, and is recommended by Joe DeFranco who trains NFL& NBA players.
