You've come a long way baby

Thought it would be interesting to see how much the team has changed over the last 4 years:

2003 ................................................... 2007

Brendon Reeves ................................. Brett Stewart
Scott Donald ...................................... Chris Hicks
Kevin McGuinness ............................. Steve Matai
Ben MacDougall ................................. Steve Bell
John Hopoate ...................................... Michael Robertson
Ben Walker .......................................... Jamie Lyon
Jason Ferris ........................................ Matt Orford (c)
Jason King .......................................... Jason King
Chad Randall ...................................... Michael Monaghan
Nathan Long ....................................... Brent Kite
Tony Jensen ....................................... Glen Stewart
Anthony Watmough ............................Anthony Watmough
Steve Menzies (c)............................... Steve Menzies

Aaron Cannings .................................. Matt Ballin
Solomon Haumono .............................. Travis Burns
Luke Williamson .................................. Luke Williamson
Luke Dorn ............................................ George Rose
Mark Shipway ...................................... Glen Hall

Man that was **** team. Can't believe we used to be so... optimistic

Yeah but I can't edit it. Something wrong with the site.

I would prefer

Luke Williamson .......................... Luke Williamson

I would take Willow every day, Mr Consistancy, what you see is what you get, you know if he plays 60 mins he will make you 30 tackles.

Bryant is starting to remind me of the "2005-2006" model of Jason King, the odd spark in between a lot of nothing. I would rate him behind Rose and Hall now ( and obviously way behind Kingey and Kite )

Agree with you JK. Bryant is the one who could drop off the bench to make way for the inclusion of an attacking back rower (maybe Beaver) .

Hall is holding his own as at least shown a bit of versatility and mobility. Rose has done OK but only Ok. he needs to lift his game and come on to barnstorm for 15+ mins.

bryant has been better the last 2 weeks imo but hasnt found that form from early 06, and rose isnt as good as late 06 either.

Hall is doing well but is not above the other 2 either.

I would dearly like 1 of them to step up and play like hecks used to. Its no coincedence that our second half spark usually starts when kite and king are both back on for thier second dig

You've come a long way baby

Yep, I hold my breath until those two come back on fluffy.

Its amazing the lift you see, even just when king comes back on without kite.

The bloke has honestly astounded me this season.

You've come a long way baby

i knew he had it in him, why else would i put up with so much crap here :p

He also seems to really enjoy having kite to play along side of as they have a partnership going and seem to play for each other, something the whole team is doing but its these to up front who are laying the foundation.

I jsut hope King doesnt get another foot injury
