What Rnd 26 against the Broncos showed us

If you think back, that match could have been a disaster. We had been savaged by the press and public after the Brookie Brawl, had lost both Stewarts, Foran and Lussick to suspension, had lost Wolfman to a terrible neck injury for the season, had nothing to play for, playing the Broncos at Suncorp, and Lockyer's last regular season home match. A thrashing could have been disastrous for our momentum heading into the Finas. Yet the courage the boys showed not only to match a full strength Broncos, but to be within striking distance of victory deep into the 2nd half, was an amazing feat by the boys. It showed us in great stead for the coming month, and proved that nothing could stop us. Well done.
