Didn't Snake look fast in those two tries.

The 2nd one harked back to the glory days of 2008. Prince of Brookvale, the Baron of Bluetongue, scoring tries that have that special Bolt Magic.

    Hope to see many more.

    Looked the best since 2008.

Wolfy looked quicker than Brett when catching Glenn for his try off the kick knock back.

I really liked Matai chasing Locke into the in-goal and spoiling the try. That was a super effort!

Thought you meant Glenn, running 30 yards before finding wolf.

while the tries were good, that play by matai to me was the play of the day. it showed the desperation that the team possess in defence.
efforts like that can inspire the rest of the team while frustrating the opposition.

    A brilliant effort.

I have noticed several times this year that we have a great defensive chase even when some opposition speedster has broken away, and several times even though they beat the last line they just slow a touch in doing so and the trailing defenders (often Wolf, Matai or even Lawrence) can then stop them when all looked lost. I have been impressed with this never-say-die aspect this season.
