Is there any chance that Thomas Broich can get Australian Citizenship in time to represent the Socceroos at the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup or the Australia 2015 AFC Asian Cup Tournament?

Thomas Broich played for the Germany under 21's national team seven times & Germany B team two times but never represented Germany in a full FIFA Senior International match. This makes him available for the Socceroos if he gets Australian Citizenship/Passport. He will be 33 years of age in 2014.
