Not a shoulder charge IMO. Should be a clear distinction between a shoulder charge and using your shoulders to tackle/hit. Actually a shoulder charge is what is poorly named, its more a hit with your upper arm.

Shoulder charge is legal in soccer

Well not exactly. You are allowed to use your shoulder in a contest for the ball, but you can't barge someone over and then get the ball afterwards.

As for Horo, I think he got nudged off the ball when making a chase. I don't think it was a penalty but its one that has been given before. I would put it in the soft category.

With the " Manly Loading" he will probably be gone for a week, they'll make it a grade that ensures this. Remember we can't have this smug Manly side winning games can we, far better for the TV ratings if its just Storm / Souths / Roosters and Newcastle fighting it out. I didnt see the game as I was at work,so I recorded it and will watch today,but checking the result on Foxsport,made it all the more easier putting up with having to work last night,then I saw Jorge on report,I thought what,he must be still excited by skivi,s tackle last week,then saw the highlights,saw the tackle,and thought you are kidding,surely he should be ok,but as everyone know,s,it is Manly afterall
