Apparantly we have lost 10 of the last 11 games against the dogs played on a Sunday afternoon including the last 5 sunday games at brookie oval.

This will be a difficult games espcially with brookie likely to be wet.

statistics are a slice of history, sunday is the future. No connected in any way

That's a very obscure stat. I prefer to concentrate on the fact that we have beaten Suppository-Wankstown on some 59 occasions since 1947, as opposed to 48 losses (with 5 draws). And they have only won on 17 occasions (in 52 visits) at Brookvale in all that time.

Tooks, why would wet weather favour the dogs? We've got plenty of grunt types to take advantage of a soft track. Manly by plenty.

Because wet boggy games tend to be low scoring affairs which will mean the the dogs will come back into the contest because there might only be a few points in the result. On a dry ground we would smash them.

As a former first grade coach once said:

Come on boys lets smash these guys, take your coat and get down to brooky, we want to drown out the bulldogs bongo drums
