What a great way to remember him. He was his own mouse. Many people with far less issues than mouse complain a lot more. Great life attitude and the world is a sadder place without him

I never met him but knew of him. Condolences to his family and friends. RIP Mouse.

The legend himself, Max Delmege, posted this on his facebook yesterday. I'm sure he wouldn't mind me sharing it.

''In 2002 when I became major sponsor of the mighty Sea Eagles, I met one of the most passionate Eagle fans ever. His affectionate nickname was 'Mouse', but his allegiance to Manly had the roar and strength of the master of a pride of lions in the jungle. He expressed his extreme gratitude to me for saving his passion in life, his Rugby League club.
I expressed my gratitude to him for being so loyal to something he believed in so verdantly. He asked me to sign his jersey. My only regret.... I didn't ask him to sign mine. Mousey, we will love your inspiration forever. We are all so better people for knowing you. We will meet again at Brookie in heaven. Mousey, can I borrow your glasses until we meet again?"

Nice tribute, what a fantastic supporter of our club. It's people like Mouse that are the bedrock on which are mighty club is built.

RIP Mouse.
