We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. If you paid for premium membership and are still seeing ads please let me know and the email you used against PayPal and I cam manually verify and upgrade your account.
meh the site is fairly clean but not up to the standard it should be for a company that size.
Most of the moans and groans will come from people use to the old style and not willing to accept change. in time they will see the value of the new design, but it looks more like a good personal home page than a quality business site
