The Manly Daily had a picture yesterday of Maxine McKew talking to people on the beachfront at manly. 

The people of Bennelong have been wondering where she has been for the past 3 years.  Now they know.

Good one Tooks. If you lived in Bennelong you would know where she has been: Very busy spruiking herself at every event. Despite the whispering, missing is one thing that Miss McKew hasn't been. I see her walking her dog past my house quite often too. She actually lives in the electorate!!

Advocate a vote for the faded tennis star (with questions about his dealings with White City and Rorque Poisson etc) on policy grounds but the 'missing in action' claim doesn't stick. That would fit our state member, Greg Smith, much more effectively, though State Libs don't have to do anything to get elected really, just turn up next March!!

Yes the libs have stuffed up by selecting Alexander against her.  He is an arrogant arsehole who very few people would remember as a tennis player.  Certainly not many in bennelong these days.   

The libs had a chinese bloke who was much better qualified and was well respected by the locals.  Cannot remember his name.  one of my friends quit the lib party in disgust when they selected alexander over him.
