Article on the progress of the TPA conducted by Mark Evans. He states the system is complicated and needs to be simplified and not well understood. Well blow me down!

I wonder when he spoke to some of the CEOs of the clubs (no club names mentioned) if they disclosed all the tactics they adopt to rawt the system. Curious to know if he has spoken to Politis on how not to get caught and then compared his notes to those of Boulous on how to get caught.
