4. Steve Matai, STILL PLAYING.
5. William Hopoate, Was going to be a star but went to Parra after his mission and is now looking for a club.

9. Matt Ballin, Over 200 games in the Maroon and white but much like Foran its wait and see but I hope this guy does well.
10. Brent Kite, another 200 gamer but a move to Penrith only saw 25 games in 2 years before retiring.
11. Anthony Watmough, 200 games for Manly saw highs & lows but at Parra its been low to very low.
12. Tony Williams, took the big dollars at the Dogs and his form has gone the opposite to his wage.
13. Glen Stewart. Great player at Manly with 185 games went to the Rabbits and lasted one year before heading to England.
14. Shane Rodney, moved on after the GF to the London Broncos where he played 30 games over 3 years.

Other players from that year included David Williams, Terrence Seu Seu, Micheal Oldfield, Jason King, Darcy Lussick, Dan Harrison and Tim Robinson. Only player to have kicked on since leaving us has been Dean Whare who only played one game.
Coaches
Des Hasler. Walked out on Manly after the Grand Final win to become a perennial runner up in Grand Finals.
Kelly Egan continued his love affair with Des at the Bulldogs and get a couple of runners up medals.
Noel Cleal moved on to the Bulldogs with Des but between deep pockets and brown paper bags having one of the best talent scouts is moot as they just buy whoever they need. But in saying that his talent should start filtering through the ranks now.
Geoff Toovey took over after Des but after taking to Manly too the Grand Final in 2013 he was sacked this year.
