after a blunder from a referee!

Could you imagine it happening in the NRL now given how many mistakes we've seen this season.
A Shayne Hayne game wouldn't get played.

It has happened in top grade foot in Australia before -
Ken Irvine led Norths off after series of mistakes back when Roy Francis was coach of the Bears.
Gus ordered Penrith off the field one day after Penrith copped a dud call - he got a fine for it.

Pretty sure that was the Roosters at Brookie in 95 but they stayed on and ended up winning to break our 15 game streak.

Manly walked off the field, at the end of the game on 6th October, 2013, and protested til March 8th, 2014, due to a particularly crappy ref performance.
And then they came back and are doing their best to beat the refs, against adversity, in the current season.

Should have walked off after the forward pass in the GF and demanded a video replay decision before walking back on.

You'd think the PNG side would be mentally tougher than that. Considering they are coached by Bellyache's Dad. Here is a clip of Coach Bellyache Snr, explaining to a couple of his assistants how he intends to teach his players discipline.

    WARNING!! Contains swearing.
