Specialist centres should play Centre for qld.

I can't agree with that. Hodges was terrific (I don't like him but he can play). Of the NSW backline you could, realistically, only have Hayne on the wing (replacing Tate).
Cronk and Thurston were way below their best. We need to wait for the next match to judge them.
NSW won through the forwards.
Let's not get too carried away until we win the series.

Hodges IS a specialist centre.

Not quite drunk enough to start a new thread on this but it's obv that at the 60min mark Qld lift no matter what.

Their try this game....63min!

Every game, every year (over to you middleton) 60min mark...gear goes up.

Daley said he will be sticking with Reynolds. So, no changes for game 2 unless injuries.

First the Bulldogs want to be us, now the Blues want to be us by copying our patented interchange strategy of only using 3 players...

Grant should come into the side for Reynolds. If Queensland played just a bit better (which they are well capable of) they would have got us. We need an extra forward.
