    MANLY Sea Eagles fans will attempt to table a petition in state parliament demanding that NRL boss David Gallop apologise for suspending fullback Brett Stewart in 2009.Stewart was banned from four games after he was accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl but was later cleared of all charges.In the wake of the verdict, unofficial fan club the Silvertails began collecting signatures on a petition calling for Mr Gallop to apologise to the playmaker.

    LOVE to see it happen but 9300 signatures is a hell of a lot to gain to get to this...BUT Rome wasn't built in a day was it?

    We only need every Manly supporter who attended the 2008 grand final to sign the petition and we will get there easily. Where are they all?

    Can we get the major newspapers to put in a link to the petition on their websites? Good publicity for silvertails if it can be done
