Might have to do some DA digging to see what the extent of that proposal is. Is it just a temporary style facility like the ones at the ends of Newcastle's stadium, or a fully-fledged bookend stand like the Karko Stand? The latter is permitted under the management plan.

18 Months is a long time for a DA request. There must be something more to it. Maybe because its like building an extension onto a house it takes a little longer (with the other upgrades it didn't take too long as it was all internal work). I wonder how long it took to get DA approval for the Leagues club upgrades?
