You should take note of the story about Bek Keat (triathlete)

In a nutshell took a supplement which had a banned substance and was banned for two years.

She did not know the supplement had the banned substances but the stance was “you should know what you put into your body”

If the positive test is there regardless of how it happened it will be hard to get out of it

Yes but there's a difference betwen knowing what you are putting into your body mate, and manufacturers deliberately failing to disclose banned substances being an ingredient in their products. I suggest that would be very illegal.

It was illegal but still WADA would not overturn the ban

If it is not listed on a commercially available product, and is in the product, and the B sample is positive, and a ban is intended, then this is surely the time for the Players Association, and the players themselves, to flex whatever muscle they have. To the max.
