    I do hope the ATO gets its claws into these fraudsters. There is no way they have declared all these under the table payments.

    It was strongly speculated that at least one of those player agents mentioned above would be barred from the NRL accreditation when the Deloites findings were released but the summation given by Hartigan indicated that there was no proof that any player manager did anything wrong.

    Some might  speculate that this inhouse investigation couldn't find any agent guilty without also finding the player also guilty, something News Ltd and indeed the NRL don't hope to find.

    It will be interesting to see what is going to transpire from this panel's summation. Gainey has a quite a few Manly players.
