News: Fearful Stewart goes into hiding

    <p>ANZ Stadium has organised extra security for tonight's match between the Bulldogs and Manly even though disgraced Sea Eagles fullback Brett Stewart will not attend the game.
    Stewart, 24 and one of the NRL's pin-up boys, will face Manly Local Court on April 7 after being charged with the alleged sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl following the club's boozy season launch last week. </p><p> The case has taken the shine off the opening round of the NRL season and it is believed Stewart elected against attending tonight's game as he was fearful the media scrutiny would continue. </p>
