Have noticed a major dif since 2010 - speed - all over. Prob more evident when we lacked it last season when teams scored many long range tries - apart from the Tiggers been limited in 2011. Lyon & Matai look quicker - Snake is back big time - Hoppa is here & even having DCE in the 7 adds spark in comparison to that guy who went to the pups. Fowards look more streamlined & more mobile too. Just thought it was worth mentioning after watching another replay of the chooks game & seeing Graham & Ken Dowell get run down - couldn't catch these guys last year & it pi**ed me off......huge diff in 2011.

It surprised me just how slow the Rorter's players were. Hope they pick up the spoon.

last year there was a heavy (pun intended) weight focus, this can really play with havoc with your speed.
the other benefit with that is the strength they gained last year can be tuned with speed focus.
