You can't leave out Roy Bull!

Too many great players, but try:

Bull, Fulton, Eadie, Randall, Jones, Menzies, Toovey, Lyons, Reilly

    Honourable mentions:

O'Connell, Krilich, Thompson, (Ian) Martin, Willey, Stanton, Mossop...the list goes on...

Hasler would have been up there...but it's still too soon!

To me every member of each of our premiership teams will be forever remembered as a Manly great. As will a smaller number who never managed that.

Question – is it our greatest ever players? I probably agree with Moondog.
Or those who made the greatest contribution to Manly football? Toovey would come into the reckoning (and, probably a few years down the track, you-know-who).
Is it limited to on-field deeds? If not, Arko would be a Manly 'immortal'.

Too early to be considering Brett Stewart i think.

I would have Cliff Lyons in there, no probs.

I reckon Ben kennedy would be up there for being a huge part in the clubs resurgence.

    How about greatest coaches?

Way too hard far too many great players, top 10 is easier and most covered on previous posts. Hard to fit in Ben Kennedy BUT without a doubt the most astute buy ever, helped in a big way to create the current culture.

    Agree too Mal.
I think Brett will be... one day...

    1. Beaver
    2. Cliff
    3. Bob Fulton - didn't see him play but have heard of the legend.

Not sure about Tooves - was my fav player along with Cliff when he was playing - but have a feeling my opinion could be swayed but current circumstance.

Don't know enough about Roy Bull. Can someone enlighten me?
