Membership Renewal Pack Delays

Is anyone still waiting on their packs? I renewed 3 weeks ago, and have been told it's still at the 'warehouse' and will take another 2 weeks to come. How can it take 5 weeks to send me two small pieces of plastic? Pretty disappointing.

Both mine and my sons packs came seperately from Hong Kong.
I think GE's pack came from Uzbekistan..

I'm not stressed, but it's pretty unprofessional imo.

There's a simple solution for next year. Don't wait until it's a week into the new season to renew. Renew just after this season ends.

They've probably sent it to Belmore Crusher, and it's been stolen in transit.

To give the club some credit, I placed an order on Monday and just received it now, that is sensational for overseas shipping !! Thought they would have waited until the heritage shirts were in stock so was a nice surprise to get it today
