We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. If you paid for premium membership and are still seeing ads please let me know and the email you used against PayPal and I cam manually verify and upgrade your account.

Obviously very tough on the families all round. Joey G. and his of course, but even more for that of the deceased.
I don't know if Joe is "close" with his sister. (I get the impression he's a very stout family-man though too). And for the little it's worth or can help, I offer my condolences to all.
Especially the deceased and her family.
