Very lucky to be there in my view.

He is obviously class but hasn't done nearly enought to be there in my view. Matt Cooper, Timana Tahu and co must be spewing.

Having said that I hope he has a blinder and improves as it will be exciting for the Eagles when he hits top form.

well he was in the team last year so the selctors are playing the incumbent card, while he has not done much he has also not done much wrong.

Cooper has had some ordinary games for a team coming last versus a team coming first.

Tahu would have been picked if he had not gone to the rah rahs , as simple as that.

I think some of the Broncos had a bit more luck at selections than Lyon.

I haven't kept a real close eye on other teams but Lyon hasn't done anything wrong and I haven't heard of any other centres tearing it up, hopefully he can find some top attacking form outside some more expansive halves.
