We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. There are similarities between Monas and DCE right now, both have been playing without a decent 5/8 for a big chunk of time and got rushed/pressured into poor decisions.
Ox was luckier and had Lyon in peak form outside him. Give him Walker, Harris etc and he would have found things a lot tougher as well.
