Herritige round rule changes

We need an "old school" round once a year at least.Rule suggestions please.I would like to start with banning drink bottles and bringing back the bucket and sponge for all  !!All forwards Must have electrical tape over the ears and the field must not have a blade of grass within 20 mtrs of the centre of the ground.

On a serious note - I'd like to see the restart of play after a successful penalty kick taken from the offending teams own 20 metre line rather than the restart from half way.  They'd probably clash around half way with six tackles to go.

The field would be very open and there would be a good chance of breaks and even the ball going out without being touched and a scrum.  It would give a lot more options to both sides but would ultimately disadvantage the original offending side.

Thats the spirit...your own piss at the game is a ripper..so is the sand,bugger the kicking tee`s.You always got the crappy sand of the sand boy if you were the opposition and had to dig a hole with the back of your boot.Ah those were the days.

How about some decent half time entertainment while we're at it.

After every tackle, the tackler must not put his hand on the ground to get to his feet.The hand MUST be on the face or head of the opponent.Ref checks the screw in studs in the middle of the park before kick off and each game must contain a set play that goes horribly wrong ending with one of the halves being SMASHED by an opposing prop.....

What about  leather footy boots that come up over the ankle or oranges at half time.Would like to see a penalty for collapsing the scrum and a tap taken by DROPPING the ball onto the foot for the tap.

-Halfbacks MUST feed the ball into the center of the scrum.
-A good old dust up only brings a penalty(no suspension)
-Full strength beer
-Any player even thought to be laying down milking a penalty gets 10 in the bin

1.3 games in the day. Players in the lower grades who have played 1st grade and you can recognise.
2.The ground announcer relaying the scores from around the grounds and everybody cheering when Parra, Dogs,Dragons getting smashed. 3.Replace some of these stands with portable hills. Especially Parra Stadium, ANZ, SFS.
4.Jerseys made from cotton(I think this is right). At least it hides almost most of your gut.
5.Touch judges running in to report a foul play or replacement.
6.The black and white corner post that you would fight for and there would be 12 people jumping onto it to grab it at the same time.
7.Those big bulky shoulder pads. The props could hardly even move in those.

The halfback must do the classic 'pass whilst falling' play, usually out of a scrum.

Also, all games must be played at the same time so you can get updates at whichever game you're at.

Oh, and thick cotton jerseys that are 5 times bigger than normal size (you know, they can accomodate the padding)
