Hi All,
As a long time reader and non contributor I decided I should take Mark from Bribane's recent advice and join up. I am 49 and have followed the Sea Eagles for as long as can remember. Actually got to the SCG for both 1978 GF's. (Wombat slayed em in the replay). I live in Newcastle which a very interesting experience as Manly supporter. I get to games when I can. This year I got to Brookie a couple of times with my 22y old son who is a Gold Member and attends all the home games and as many away games as he can. I managed to get to both finals this year but had to be content with a great day at home for the GF. Was at the 2008 GF which meant I had attended both Manly's to nil GF results '78 and 08. Anyway I think your site is fantastic as it has so much info about Manly we just don't get to hear.I am really looking forward to 2012, having followed Manly for so long you just know sooner or later they come up to the challenge.

Welcome mate great to see you on board......76 was my first, and 78 Mark 1 my 2nd, missed Mark 2 and not one since.

Thanks Mark. I spent a fair bit of time at Brookie in the 70's. I had cousins in Deewhy. I hope to meet you on one of your tours one day they sound like they are great fun. Manly game and fun, gotta be good !I've just got to find the time away from our business.
