She tells me that after many years on the Swans forum she has pretty much seen it all....I don't think for one moment she'll be commenting on anything other than the membership -ticketing area...so Ryan's comments will possibly fall on deaf ears (as they should at times!).

just a suggestion that i would understand is too late for the year but would be great in 2012 is a members jersey that we play our first home game in and has the names of all the members on it. The sharks do dont many things right but i think their on to a winner with that concept. 
Also the idea i think the dragons have impelmented with exclusive members only merchandise.

I do my weekly numbers for the NRL on a Thursday. I'll forward this official total through to Dan on a weekly basis as well.

Have sent an email and got the response: "Unfortunately the members discount for merchandise can only be added to membership orders place over the phone or by visiting the Sea Eagles factory outlet". It is not always convenient to ring and I live too far away to get to the outlet!! It was so much easier last season to order things via the website, any chance of brining back the members discount again?

Unfortunately the problem we are experiencing with offering the members discount online is not a simple fix.

At the end of 2010 the membership department upgraded their database. This upgrade has meant that the online shop and membership systems are no longer one and the same.

We are currently working on a way for the shop to recognise membership numbers and apply the discount, however while we are still working out this issue members discounts will only be available in person or over the phone.

I'm really sorry I can't give you the answer you're looking for. Hopefully we'll get it sorted soon though.

Hi SA fan - Mate, best to contact Larissa at the club - from her original post in this thread - "I'll be checking in here from time to time to see if there is anything the membership team and I can help out with.

Unfortunately I wont be able to keep an eye on my Silvertails account as often as I would like. If you need anything from us here at Sea Eagles HQ urgently, it's best you still continue to email us at [email protected] or call us on 9970 3000"

Given what Larissa has posted members, if you want something from the club, contact a member, could be me, and ask them to pop into the shop and collect if for you.  Ask for it to be posted.  Simple, until the office can get it sorted.
