"Clearly we didn't help ourselves ... we certainly shot ourselves in the foot a few times but I am almost embarrassed for (referees' boss) Robert Finch because now there is obviously some clear confusion in the NRL refs and officials," Hasler said.

"I have got no idea as to why the NRL official would disallow that try. There was no-one (who) was obstructed. No-one was touched. No decoy runners went through the line.

"So it is a shame because what scares me is, and is worrying me now, is we are going into a semi-finals series and to me that decision turned that match," he said.

Hasler also attacked the penalty count against his team.

"For the life of me I can't understand how they came up with a 10-3 penalty count so that is something else we will have to investigate," Hasler said.

He should have revved up the cement truck and copped the $10,000 fine.

Tonya Harding is doing nothing but porn at the moment, she'll be able to sort out a few of them.
Seriously, the refereeing is getting worse and worse. Ever since Harrigan retired there hasn't been a ref who gets more right than he gets wrong.
