Time flies when you're having fun.
Today, 29 August 2015 is Rugby League's 120th birthday. It was on this day 120 years ago that the game we love was born in a meeting at the George Hotel in Huddersfield, England.
Time to party
There's a fabulous museum at the George Hotel, I took the 2009 and 2012 WCC tours there.
In 2012 the hotel actually had some old guys come in , have dinner with us and show us through.
Turned out to be 2 English Captains, one from the 60's another from the 70's and a referee from the 70's who reffed the famous invincibles steady series.
Worth a visit if you are ever in the midlands .
