By letting hiku go (after manly stating they didn't need to to sign Walker) now Lawrence and Demetriou surely we have another signing up our sleeve as we are feeling a bit light in the forwards and backrow.

I agree forward depth was great now it's not amazing,

Second row-Walker/Green/Goodall
Prop-Knight/Starling/Burgess/Vave
Lock-Leary/Fonua Blake

Still pretty solid IMO, plus knight can play second row, lock and prop, Leary can play second row and lock. Fonua Blake can play prop, second row and lock.

So we have some versatility in the forward back up options. Fonua Blkae is my smokey for next year, very talented young forward and very big he will be a great buy possibly be on the bench round one maybe, and we all know knight is going to be great.

I understand negotiations with Clint currently centre over a sequel to Invictus, aka Invictus II, which will tell the story of Manly's 1978 premiership quest.
