Staying with College football, in '94 the Nebraska Corn huskers used the Alan Parsons project, Sirius, to run onto the field, they call it,
"Tunnel Walk" & still do.
Sirius has been used by many over the years, most notably, the Chicago Bulls.

I've always wanted our Eagles to have this song as they run out. I used to get goose bumps thinking of Beaver running on the field to this. A little 1990's though, but it's awesome.

Something about the old time Manly Warringah Manly Warringah song with the Watzing Matilda tune that still says 'the football anfem' to me. Who cares if we no longer march to the cricket ground or if it is out of fashion. It sounds like a football club anthem, says Manly Warringah and not just manly what is not to love. Wish we kept to tradition like the AFL keep to tradition with club songs, and hell what catchy numbers do we have in league recently ? There is Pat Benetars "hit me your best shot" and "all fired up". You cannot go past "simply the best". That is by far the best. A few Metallica and Motley Crue were good in the old days.
