IF YOU DO NOT TRY YOU CAN NOT FAIL
Did anyone see this at halftime on Monday? Guy running from left to right dislocated his shoulder and the other one broke his ankle.

I heard of it during the Foxtel game.

Wondered what happened...

I'm surprised these days that something like that got a run. (And bet they all signed waivers beforehand).

Stupid concept which (unfortunately) for them, got the most logical, and perhaps deserved outcome!

The touch-footy game (and S and M cheer girls) were probably enough entertainment too.

Its pretty gruesome :s

Riff promised him a signed Jersey, the Guy wants monies.:D Not a True Supportah!

From the Raiders example, he may actually be awarded compensation

I guess Manly had better stop the 'Virus Killer' half time entertainment too.

I read that they all signed waivers so no monies...mo problems!

No one got killed - unfortunate accident.

No one has any sense of adventure anymore.

All anyone seems to be worried about is if they can sue!

Ahh for the old days when if you did something silly it was your fault.

The old days at Brookie Steve the boomerang thrower regularly decapitated people in the crowd when he misjudged his throws/wind.

Never an issue no one likes to have fun any more.

I remembered those days too Wheel, haha, gee we are showing our age now mate, lol

@GlobalEagle You can not sign away (waiver) another person or organisations duty of care. If proven negligent they WILL pay.

Thats what Raiders thought too, $400k ago :p

lol, the article I was reading mentioned that.

It was something like: The raiders got sued for their mishap some years ago but it is understood penrith had gotten waivers...etc

That's the whole point (of a waiver).

You can still be as silly as you want; just DON'T go sue someone or blame anyone but yourself (if anything goes wrong).

And I'd argue if that could be classed as entertainment, or even fun, actually.

But, the 'Riff are going' OK elsewhere.

Just need to step it up a bit in the peripheral entertainment!

"Dumbass" Riff fans . . .

The Dumbass is superfluous (not necessary), as all Penrith fans are Dumbass.

You may substitute Dumbass for "Umemployed" or "Related" too.

Hey thanks for letting us all know what superfluous means; it was probably superfluous though.

Supercilious maybe

Do you think he meant to supplant the title or simply superimpose it? This thread has become supine. :s
