There's an "undo vote" button at the top of the poll (next to the "you have already voted on this poll") which allows you to change your vote up until the Poll is locked. If you do change your vote make sure you save your new pick.

Double check your vote is registered. You should have a little asterisk next to your choice of team

Once the poll is locked there is no going back.

That's interesting, maybe it's only available for the person who creates the Poll. If you are desperate to change your pick then post your preferred pick in the LFS thread for transparency and I will accept it as long as you do it before I lock the poll. Same goes for any others.
