One things for certain, they do not want to come up against Manly in 1st week of finals. If they do, there's a big chance theyl be out the back door in straight sets. And that would be almost as sweet as another premiership.

I have to admit grudgeingly that the Berries really dug deep to win that match. I thought after 15 minutes they would get lapped. I'm expecting them to have a let down, and thought it had come. It was good for the Boncos to get beaten, so it was one match I was hoping for a Berries win.

The way Barba is playing reminds me of the impact Phil Blake had for a season. Everyhting he did turned to gold, and Manly steamed into the GF . . . only to have Blake go off-the-boil in that match and 'Matta to win comfortably. Could history repeat?

I think the 'Hasler's the man' has finally got to Kite. He's been playing awesome for the last three weeks and seems determined to get there and win the big one.

 

[Utility Player]

They will be looking over their shoulders and hoping we finish 3rd or 5th, AND we can improve but they are as good as they are going to get.

They will get better with Kasiano and Graham in the side.
