We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. If you paid for premium membership and are still seeing ads please let me know and the email you used against PayPal and I cam manually verify and upgrade your account.
Ok there was an issue with the cookies. What you will need to do is clear your cookies. If you use Firefox you can specifically select the Silvertails ones by going to Tools >> Options >> Privacy >> View Cookies
And remove all the Silvertails ones. Then log back in via the top menu.
Now logging in and out from the top menu will work flawlessly
