This Sunday's game at the Fortress is shaping to be a good one looking at how both teams started off their campaign.

I was thinking that a crowd under 16,000 would be a bit of a disappointment, especially regarding the drug allegations, I expect Manly fans to be really fired up. Also the Knights Pensioners usually travel down in force.

What's everyone's thoughts, what do you guys think the crowd numbers will be?

Its at 6:30pm on a Sunday

Families outside of the Northern Beaches will be reluctant to deal with grumpy kids on Monday morning.

12k max crowd for mine.

Yeah the time of the game may keep numbers down. Being our 1st home game though, i am hoping for 15000 to show up.

Newc getting 21K for a Monday night is impressive. Coming down to Sydney on a Sunday night game though is a bit of an ask.

What's a regular GA ticket cost?

Works out to be roughly $18 per game if you by the 10 game GA membership.

Nah I mean if I rock up after work on Sunday how much is it gonna cost me to stand on the hill?

Cheers. Geez it aint cheap to go to the footy these days.

No, church on Sunday's and bit too late to get back to the Gong. At nearly 80-100 bucks in cost per game it's getting a bit too hard to justify that dough (unfortunately)

$28 for GA on the Hill is pretty reasonable for a night out I would think...but of course not sure of your budget - of course you could maybe look at a 3 match pass here http://www.seaeagles.com.au/3-game-pass which makes it cheaper...(just a tad over $20 a game to see the mighty Eagles!!!)

might have to grab a 3 game pass for this season. budgets a bit tight and i havent gone to the football in a while.

its funny because when i used to go to the footy id watch the northern eagles get thumped every week, i think i even saw them lose by like 60 points against the panthers once, even my dad boo'd us off the field, that image is forever burnt into my memory lol.

anyway thanks for the link mate, appreciate it.
