EVERGREEN Seabirds instructor Monique Carroll has picked a squad of beauties for 2010, and has promised ``quite a show’’ at Brookvale Oval this year.

``We have assembled a number of fresh faces, aged between 18 and 28, who love performing,’’ she said.
``The majority are studying at university, and one of the girls is a nuclear scientist.
``We have been working hard on our routines and can’t wait to perform in front of a big crowd.’’
Peninsula fans will have to wait a while to see the girls in the flesh, with the first home game against the Cronulla Sharks not until mid-April thanks to the ongoing developments at Brookie.
