There's an article about Billy for those who don't receive the local daily (Honouring Mr Reliable):
    http://digitaledition.manlydaily.com.au/?iid=58742#folio=003

I was sad to read this yesterday and found out Billy had already passed away a year ago.

I have been blessed with meeting Billy on a few occasions.

A very unassuming man with a great smile. He was always happy to talk to Manly fans of today (well, not sure about anybody else, but he was nice to me anyhow).

This maroon and white legend will be sorely missed.

Nice photo of Moose in support.
What about the blurred player in the far background?
My money is on winger, George Hugo. Looks like him.

Looks like Hugo from a distance (the 'high on top' haircut). Or maybe George Lenon? But I think you're right, George Hugo.
