Is this the best ever bombed try, its a howler.

It's so bad it looks deliberate.

2 best I have seen are

1 - The under 20's when the bloke celebrated before he put it down, the bloke came from behind and knocked the ball out

2 - Trent Barrett diving over the line

SBW in the RLWC - running over the dead ball line, whilst admiring himself on the TV Screen :p
Especially with the French accented commentator - 'No try'

Tohu Harris would vote for this too :D

In years to come that's all that bloke will be known for, a bombed try.
    "Hey, aren't you that Dude...?"

    "Yeah, whatever!!"

When I was a kid, I remember Johnny Gibbs running 50 - 60 metres down the sideline, only to drop the ball or get taken into touch in the corner. Probably 1979 or 80. Head back, socks down.

Raiders fans still remember Bugerelli (sp) from a few years back. In the closing minutes of a finals match, and was the difference that saw them knocked out.

There was one of those nsw legends v qld whatevers years ago and I am sure I remember Michael O'connor making a break, no one around him and he threw the ball up in the air to himself (showboating)....trouble was he threw it too far forward and couldn't catch it again.

    No try for you!
