I can't understand why we wouldn't be attractive to an international firm making a statement.  I would have thought a Chinese car maker might be interested.  Wests did it with Proton.  Emirates?  Libyan airlines? Just who is responsible for the approach.  I suppose it's good to see Quantum back on board but it seems backward looking.

Hopefully the owners will now see that personnel have to change.  Even the bears who don't have an NRL team have a major sponsor.  An embarrasing day for the club.

Hoenstly, it's hard to blame anyone but the CEO for this one. In a small organization like this, this is usually the CEO's job. Zorba does a good job of getting articles out there and promoting the brand on radio and in the newspaper. Good enough anyway.

[/quote]  I'm all for cleaning out the fossils, but the current reality is that without Zorba it's unlikely you even have Penn on the front of the jumper.  Far from ideal, but better than the scorched earth we'd have if all of this was just left up to Lowe.

So do you start at the bottom and work your way up or work your way down.

I was not Zorba's biggest fan a few years back, but he has more than redeemed himself over the last few years and I have plenty of time for him now.

For mine, you get the best CEO your money can buy, you then get him to get you the best executive team you can, and give them key portions of the business to look after, be responsible for and include very clear key measurables.

In the scheme of things someone like Zorba really wouldn't make a difference overall, so start where the real problems are IMO

Mate it starts at the top, I gave Lowe th benefit of the doubt but obviously he not up to it and niether is Zorba. We need professionals in those positions. Cleanout time!

Zorba has been media manager for years and after Lowe he should be the next to get the boot. It won't happen because he's a relo of the Penns. We need professionalism from top to bottom to have a successful management.
