Because the NRL are idiots. Would've thought that we play Parra in the heritage round & Sharkies in the rivalry round but apparently not.

As others have mentioned, I think the first home game date may have something to do with the blazing speed of Warringah 'White Lightning' Council.

So we only have the following teams once: Sharks (Away), Warriors (Home), Raiders (Home), Titans (Away), Dragons (Away), Wests Tigers (Home).

Thats not too bad considering 5 of the 6 of them finished higher than us this year.
No Brookie until round 6 really sucks, and starting with Melbourne and Roosters, and finishing with Melbourne and Brisbane isn't ideal either. But at the end of the day, if we want to finish up the top of the ladder we're going to have to beat what ever we are up against.
