Agree….also the other $600k was to be paid at $200k per year as far as I understand, not a lump sum. If he decided to play hardball then Manly would have every right to challenge it & sight his contract clauses re weight etc. which would mean breach of contract & he wouldn’t get a cent! Tommy owes Manly for keeping the faith the past few years with his injury history. The money paid for him whilst not playing is crazy. He will have to play origin if selected. Jamie Lyon was the last player who refused to play & was not allowed to play for Manly during Origin as far as I remember.- madmax

Looks like Garrick is this years whipping boy! For those whining about his defense yesterday…..watch the game again! He basically took David Fifita out of the game. Some of his tackles were great. Not sure what was so bad about him defensively?- madmax

How was Aloiai clumsy? FMD he was second marker & ran across field to charge down the ball. He charged at the ball not Johnson! When Johnson kicked he went forward & directly into Aloiai. How is Aloiai clumsy in trying to stop a field goal? Get a grip mate!- madmax
