Jake Friend and Sandor Earl are free to play for Sydney Roosters against St George-Illawarra at WIN Jubilee on Friday night.
Roosters officials said the pair would not be stood down after they were charged with assault following a fight at an inner-Sydney nightclub, saying they would back the players' version of events until the players' appearance at Downing Centre Local Court on July 20.
The officials did say, however, that the club would review its alcohol policy for players.

oh no he didn't!!
Anyways, back to the point - Gallop will always defend the sacking of Stewart based on the fact that it was during an official function. Total joke. No more alcohol during function = 4 weeks. Being arrested twice for even more dangerous and offensive things? Review of the alcohol policy please. |
